Mom & Baby Sound Bath

Service Description

Join us for a gentle, nurturing sound bath created especially for mamas and babies to rest, regulate, and connect. This sound bath is a co-regulating experience, where soothing sounds gently support both you and your baby in settling your nervous systems together. You’ll get comfy on a cushioned mat with a bolster, pillow, and blanket...everything you need to feel supported. From there, you and your baby can simply be, resting together as the sound gently washes over you. This special event is for newborn to pre-walkers (approximately 0-12 months). In collaboration with Vibe Wellness and Sound Healing. What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and let waves of sound wash over you. There's no water involved. The "bath" part comes from how sound surrounds you, like you're being gently soaked in vibration. "1 Participant"= Admission for both mom and baby
